AND ON COMPETITION DAY PUT

INCLINE BENCH
INTO A HAT AND DRAW OUT 3 OR 4 AND THAT WILL BE THE LIFTS FOR THE COMPETITION,THIS WAY NOBODY KNOWS WHAT LIFTS WILL BE DONE UNTIL THE DAY OF THE COMPETITION,THIS WILL MAKE IT MORE INTERESTING.
BUT YOU COULD BE DOING FRONT SQUAT,SQUAT,CLEAN/JERK,AND JERK
OR FLAT BENCH,INCLINE BENCH,SNATCH,CLEAN/JERK,,
A LOT OF DIFFERENT COMBINATION OF LIFTS COULD COME OUT OF IT.
